Pressurized type hermetic sand blasting cabinet
Features :
1. This unit apples high pressure type sand blasting. It has
deeper striking points and faster working speed. Its production
output is abut three times to five times higher than typical
sphon type sand blasting cabinet. Because this unit has bigger
and deeper striking points, therefore it is not applicable to
dothe finishing treatment for weak parts or parts having too
precise demand. For example, electronic components, optical
apparatus, precision molds, etc.
2. Main applications : Removal of rust, stripping of plating,,
finishing the sand used for casting products, removal of scale,
finishing the projection and recess portion, blasting fmachining
for mwtals with high hardness, coating finishing (such as Teflon,
spraying welding, etc.)
3. Applicable abrasives : Within # 120 aluminum oxide, emery,
glass beads, plastic grains etc.

Open type sand blasting unit
Features
:
1. The plug of pressurized barrel is applied an automatic
blocking design, sand adjuster is durable for long term
application; air house is hydraulic type piping, sand
pipe is an anti-wear sand pipe that is internally lined
with raw rubber.

Features
:
1. Its design is to have the barrel contain large number of small
parts and tumble over automatically. It is suitable for mass finishing
small workpieces. Finishing time duration is controlled by timer.
It can achieve the expected finishing state without labor force.
Therefore it is suitable for mass finishing small workpieces.
2. Sliding channel type parts pick-up design, the unit is rigid
and endurable. The workpiece will be picked up outside the unit
after the completion finishing process. This can weaken the powder
pollution that is safety hazard to personnel.
